Great communication during the entire process. Our 20+ year old system finally needed replaced. We selected a system that fit our budget from an array of options. We chose a Trane AC and heat system to be installed and obtained 48 month interest free financing. Project took a little over 2 days to complete. Art, Arturo, and Ben were all very professional and friendly. Art and his crew all appear to be very trustworthy and experienced. About 6 months after the installation we had some Wi-Fi failure in our home which affected the connectivity with the control unit on the wall. I called Castillo air conditioning because I could not figure it out. They came out right away the next day and fixed the problem at no cost, of course. Read Less
