Thank you Castillo HVAC! What a great team! You provided courteous and professional service to our home HVAC replacement! A few years ago, you took care of our business storefront HVAC system with the same awesome service, so my wife and I decided to have you take care of our home HVAC system and we’re delighted with the results. Art was patient, helpful, and informative during the consultation. Art’s crew, Art Jr., Ben, and Mason responded as a team and completed the job diligently as set up, installation, cleanup, and timing was done with precision, and I can’t say enough about Amanda and Teresa who kept me informed over the phone about the process. Thanks again Castillo HVAC. I look forward to continued business with you. Five stars for sure!😊👍 Read Less

Communication was great. Everything was explained and what was needed to be done to repair my A/C. I was updated frequently on when parts would arrive and when they would be able to schedule with me. I never had to call to find out what the status of the repairs were. Read Less

The staff with Castillo HVAC is always so friendly and professional! Whether I’m calling to make an appointment, or whether it’s the technician coming to my home. Not only are they friendly, but they always give me advice on how to maintain my system and keep it healthy. This family owned business was recommended to me by another customer who is very happy with their experience, and now so are we! It’s always a positive experience! Read Less
