Great communication during the entire process. Our 20+ year old system finally needed replaced. We selected a system that fit our budget from an array of options. We chose a Trane AC and heat system to be installed and obtained 48 month interest free financing. Project took a little over 2 days to complete. Art, Arturo, and Ben were all very professional and friendly. Art and his crew all appear to be very trustworthy and experienced. About 6 months after the installation we had some Wi-Fi failure in our home which affected the connectivity with the control unit on the wall. I called Castillo air conditioning because I could not figure it out. They came out right away the next day and fixed the problem at no cost, of course. Read Less

Castillo Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended by a friend. Made an appointment so easily on line. They are so professional and punctual I was amazed. My Air Conditioner is 25 years old and I have never had a routine service done so unbelievably thorough in all these years. They dont do any maintenance if it is not needed. They washed my unit and checked everything. It was only $150 in the past I have payed more. I wish I had known about this company years ago!! Highly recommend them. Isabel Read Less

I started doing my research and getting quotes to replace my 23 yr old 5ton AC.
