Great communication during the entire process. Our 20+ year old system finally needed replaced. We selected a system that fit our budget from an array of options. We chose a Trane AC and heat system to be installed and obtained 48 month interest free financing. Project took a little over 2 days to complete. Art, Arturo, and Ben were all very professional and friendly. Art and his crew all appear to be very trustworthy and experienced. About 6 months after the installation we had some Wi-Fi failure in our home which affected the connectivity with the control unit on the wall. I called Castillo air conditioning because I could not figure it out. They came out right away the next day and fixed the problem at no cost, of course. Read Less

Art and Arturo have been excellent, knowledgeable, and responsive in assessing our ongoing problems with our heating system, where the original installer could not. They just installed a ducted split Mitsubishi heat pump today 11-1-24, and it is working beautifully. i enjoyed my experience watching the installers build and connect the system. I had several evaluation/estimates from different companies. Art Castillo was the best and installs the highest rated brands of equipment. i would refer him to family and friends without reservation.
